Amy Greaves is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has over 13 years of experience working with adolescents and adults across a range of settings. Amy is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and registered with Medicare to provide services under Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative.
Amy is warm and engaging in her relationship with clients and inspires active involvement in implementing positive change and developing wellbeing. Amy’s therapeutic approaches draw from evidence-based practice including: ACT, CBT, positive psychology and mindfulness-based interventions. Amy is also skilled in coaching techniques, is a trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and has a strong interest in the relationship between mindset and performance.
Amy has a special interest in supporting adolescents and adults and has experience working with a range of psychological needs including behaviour management, anxiety, depression, self-harm, social and interpersonal difficulties, school refusal, grief, sexuality, adjustment challenges, stress management and wellbeing development.
